5 THINGS: How To Look Sharp In The Summer And Still Beat The Heat

It’s hot out and you wish you could be in nothing but your underwear, but you have to be around people and look professional. 

These are the essential things you should know when picking out your summer wardrobe.

Pick The Right Fabrics

Fabrics are the most important aspect to consider when you want to look hawt when it’s hot. You want the fabrics you wear to be made of natural fibers, constructed with breathable weaves, and feel lightweight. 
Natural fibers wick away sweat and tend to dry faster; breathable weaves allow air to flow to your skin and cool you off; and lightweight materials keep you from being too insulated. No matter what you’re wearing, you’ll want it to be made of these fabrics:

  • Cotton (poplin, seersucker, madras)
  • Linen
  • Wool (100% lightweight or tropical weaves)

Avoid heavier versions of cotton, like twill and oxford weaves, and skip the silks and synthetics, like polyester. These heavy fabrics will cling to your skin and trap sweat, making you feel warmer and less comfortable.

Pants should be 100% cotton chinos or dress pants made with tropical wool or lightweight cotton weaves, not denim jeans. Jackets and blazers should be unlined or half-lined to promote breathability. When in doubt, weigh clothing items against each other—the lighter the better. And hold fabrics up to the light. If you can see through it a little you’re in good shape.

Go With Lighter Colors



Lighter colors reflect light, which means less heat being absorbed into your body. Darker colors absorb light and heat you up. You don’t have to be decked out in all white to beat the heat—light blues, yellows, pinks, etc. do the trick—but you don’t want to be decked out in all black either. Think of it like this—you’ll probably be cooler wearing a 100% cotton long-sleeve white shirt than black synthetic t-shirt.

Wear Looser Clothing

Tight clothes cling to you and don’t allow your sweat to do its job. You need to give your skin some breathing room by wearing looser clothing. Air flow is key. 
You don’t have to wear clothing that’s a size up or anything, just choose apparel that facilitates that much-needed air flow and doesn’t constrict. Skinny jeans, tights, and sweatpants are not a good idea.

Dresses and skirts are a great option as well since they perfectly balance air flow and comfort. Even so, you’re better off with looser styles over fitted ones. That form-fitting black cocktail dress may look great on you, but it’s going to slowly cook you alive.

Choose the Right Shoes

For men, Antonia Centeno at Real Men Real Style recommends loafers with holes (for the breathability), moccasins or boat shoes (because you can wear these without socks), or Italian leather shoes (since the leather is usually thinner than western-style leather shoes). Whatever you pick, let those puppies breathe as much as you can.
 For women, any open-toe dress shoe will do the trick, but flats with lightweight no-show socks (or no socks at all) work great too.

Manage Your Sweat

Sweat—that’s really what this is all about. No matter how breathable and lightweight your clothing is, you’re going to sweat. And that’s good because your loose clothing will allow airflow to cool you off some. 
That said, you’re still going to sweat a lot and you need to control it as best you can.

When you’re wearing a short-sleeve or long-sleeve button up, wear an undershirt with it. Preferably a 100% cotton undershirt (v-neck t-shirt or wife beater is ideal). It might be a bit warmer to do that, but the cotton will wick the sweat and keep your nice outer shirt from looking like a damp kitchen rag. 
Also, always carry a handkerchief in your coat pocket or purse for wiping sweat away from your forehead and neck. If you use your shirt sleeve, you’ll just make yourself look even more sweaty.

2017 Billboard Music Awards: 5 Things to Know Before the Big Showdown

Ludacris returns to the BBMA’s for a fourth consecutive year, but this time around Vanessa Hudgens joins the festivities as the rapper’s co-host in crime. E! News spoke to both Luda and Vanessa ahead of the show, and let’s be honest, this dynamic duo definitely has some tricks up their sleeves.

“It’s always good to have different dynamics just to keep the show exciting and keep people on their toes by having different women [hosts] as well, because you have that ying and that yang,” Ludacris dished. “Every time it’s going to be different so it’s not like you’re doing the same thing every time.”

3. Nicki’s Time to Shine :

Nicki Minaj will kick the 2017 Billboard Music Awards off with a major bang, as fans can expect the hip-hop MC to open the show with a nine-minute medley of her greatest bops. Jason Derulo , David Guetta and Lil Wayne will join Nicki onstage, and if her previous performances are any indication, she’s pulling out all the stops for her fans.

4. Party in the U.S.A. :

Fresh off her release of “Malibu,” Miley Cyrus continues her buzzed-about return to the music world with her first televised performance of the summertime single. We’ve already seen a much more subdued version of the typically wild pop star, and her Billboard Music Awards appearance should follow suit.

Other previously announced performers include Camila Cabello , The Chainsmokers , Drake, Florida Georgia Line , Halsey , Sam Hunt , Imagine Dragons ,

John Legend , Lorde , Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran.

5. Who Will Win? :

5 Ways to Boost Your Blog Traffic Using Google Search Console

​Traffic makes a blog thrive; without it, a blog can’t build an email list or generate ad revenue. Low traffic numbers mean a lot of time and money were wasted on content generation when it could be a valuable money-making tool. To maximize your blogging results relative to energy invested, check in with Google Search Console on a regular basis.

Why Google Search Console

Search Console is a free tool for webmasters to determine the health of their website or blog. It allows bloggers to monitor their site performance in the Google search engine and identify issues that hinder performance. In short, Search Console shows you what is working for your site, and what could be improved. It also provides some big hints about where you can focus your efforts to maximize your search engine results.

If you don’t have a Google Search Console (formerly Webmaster Tools) account then this handy getting started guide can get you set up. When setting up your Search Console account, here are a few important things to note:

Before you start, make sure your website has a Sitemap

  • You’ll need a Google account. It should be different than your personal account.
  • If you already have a Google Analytics account or Google Adwords account then use the same Google account.
  • You’ll need access to your site to verify ownership of your site.
  • Be sure to add ALL the variants of your site name (www., https://, etc) into Search Console
  • Be sure to tell Google which version (ie www.) you would like to use
  • Be sure to tell Google your geographic and language targets

Here are a few ways Search Console can help you dominate your niche.

Find Your Best Keywords
The best thing about Search Console is that it tells you exactly where you should be focusing your efforts to achieve higher rankings. Here’s how to find and use the provided data:

  1. Find the “Search Traffic” menu on the right side, and select “Search Analytics”. A graph will appear showing you how many organic clicks you received over the past 28 days (you can edit the date range).
  2. Above the graph, select “Impressions”, CTR, and “Position”. Now you’ll see the “Queries” that brought visitors to your site, and the number of clicks that query received along with your relative ranking.
  3. Sort the Queries by “Position” and look at all the queries you have that have a ‘top 10’ position.

These are the terms that Google thinks are applicable to your business and can rank on the 1st page of Google. Look for terms that would appeal to your readers and have a modest number of impressions. These are great terms for you to focus on.

One easy way to use this information is to optimize your existing pages. Since Google is already ranking you well for a term, it may pay to optimize your page for that keyword.

Discover Anchor Text Ideas
Anchor text refers to the text used in a link that directs someone to a page other than the one the reader is currently on. In this sentence, the anchor text is directing the reader to an article that has more information about “anchor text”.

When Google indexes links, it looks at the anchor text and associates it to the content on the page. If you have a site that is about an ERP company in Singapore, then you could use ERP-related phrases as anchor text to show Google that your site is related to ERP software.

Search Queries are a great place to find effective anchor text for your backlinks. Google already associates your page with that keyword, so a helpful reminder may strengthen your positioning for that keyword phrase. 

WARNING: Google does NOT like over optimized anchor text. Avoid using the same anchor text multiple times and use highly specific anchor text sparingly. Visit this article for anchor text distribution ideas.

Show Me The Interest
Next, click on the “Impressions” column header. This will give you an idea of the number of searches each term is receiving. If you aren’t ranked well for a query you may receive few or no actual clicks. But this information is key to knowing what your potential readers are exploring with the most frequency.

Look for queries that have a high number of impressions and would be especially interesting topics for your target readers. These queries are topics that you may want to focus on in a unique blog post.
Knowing what people want to read, and giving them that information is an easy way to pump up your readership numbers.

Who Goes Where?
On the top menu, change the filter from ‘Queries’ to ‘Pages’. This will show you the main pages on your site and how much search traffic they are receiving respectively.

Knowing which pages on your site are getting the most (and least) amount of search traffic may provide you with insights about what your readership is most interested in. Consider updating your most popular pages by adding new content to keep them relevant – Google seems to like updated content.

You can also sort your Pages tab by Impressions. This will give you an idea of how much opportunity there is to gain search traffic for each of your pages. Knowing where the biggest opportunities lie is a big help in expanding your readership.

Earning Backlinks
Your blog probably has some ‘core’ content that is meant to drive your website or blog objectives. With the ‘Pages’ button enabled, sort your pages by ‘Clicks’. Are you getting as many clicks as you would like for your ‘core’ pages?

Unfortunately, all too often the answer is “nope”.

In Search Console go to the ‘Search Traffic’ menu on the right side of the page. Select the ‘Links to Your Site’ option.

On the right side of the page, Google will show ‘Your Most Linked Content’. Click on the “More”  text for an expanded view. The expanded view will show you how many unique domains (Source Domains) have created a link to your website.

If the content you most wish to promote doesn’t have a robust backlink profile then you may want to try to earn some new, high quality, backlinks for those pages. These new backlinks will indicate to Google that your content is still relevant and of interest to people in your niche. Accordingly, Google may increase your overall search rankings for that page.

A Solution to the Traffic Problem
As you can see, Google Search Console is a great tool for solving issues that can affect your blog traffic. The key is to do things that can increase your blog’s organic ranking so that more people can discover it.

Keep your content fresh and updated, nail down your best query terms, focus your anchor terms (with restraint!!!), find topics of interest to your readers, and sculpt your backlink profile. Doing these things can have a significant impact on the overall performance of your blog and what you want it to accomplish.

Step 2: Committing to the Process

One of the reasons many men struggle to grow a beard quickly is they often give up just at the point where progress is being made. When you are trying to grow that beard quickly, there is going to come a period where the skin will become itchy to the point you are scratching your beard day and night.

This discomfort is usually where those who are not serious about growing a beard simply shave it right off. In order for the beard to grow in, you have to be willing to allow at least four weeks for the hairs to grow.

During these four weeks, you are going to go through many periods of uncontrollable itching. If you avoid that temptation to shave it off when the itching becomes unbearable, you will reach a point where the hairs will soften and the itching will subside. Currently, there is zero scientific evidence that supports those claims. The hair is going to be stiff those first few weeks, you just need to wait until the point that it softens, then you can clean it up any way you prefer.

Step 5: Working With Your Beard

One of the things that you need to understand in your efforts to grow a beard quickly is that the facial hair is not like the hair on your head. When you start growing your beard, the hairs simply will not fill in every single spot on the face where the beard will be.

No matter how hard you try, there are going to be small areas that hair simply won’t grow, so the only way to work around this issue is to let the beard grow long enough that it fills in and hides any bare spots that you may have.

Your genetics is going to determine where and how many spots will have no hair, so don’t get discouraged if you see full growth in one are and nothing in another. Once the hairs have grown in full, you can easily change the style to a mustache with thinner beard or go with a goatee.

These five steps are designed to help you to encourage hair growth. Resist shaving the entire beard each week hoping that will encourage new growth. Cutting too soon will begin slowing down the growth process. Let it grow a month, trim and shape it, then it will grow quickly from there.

Feeling stuck is quite common. Many times, we have thoughts and dreams of what we want in life but they never happen because sadly, they only stay as thoughts and dreams inside of us, and our mindset holds us back from going forward.

Here are five steps to get started:

1. Celebrate Your Success

Before you begin working toward your goals and more greatness in life, be sure to acknowledge all you’ve accomplished already. Write down all the successes you’ve already achieved and all the awesomeness that you are today. This practice will direct your thinking to a positive place. And once you’re in that positive groove with your thoughts, it will lead you to make better choices and take better actions toward your greatness. 

2. Create Your True Vision

Many times we live based on others’ expectations or we stay stuck in a particular place because it’s our safety zone. For instance, like in a career we’ve been in because we’re climbing the ladder and feel like we’re too far ahead to make a change – or in a dead-end relationship that isn’t going anywhere but you’d rather stay in it and be miserable than start over again.  Own your path. It can be hard to do, but allow yourself to get out of your head (or stop listening to what others’ want for you) and focus on your heart and what it’s telling you. Look within yourself deeply, and decide what you want and what’s true for YOU. 

3. Take Action 

There’s no better time to creating the life you want than right this very moment! Timing is never perfect, and to get started, you just need to put one foot in front of the other. Baby steps are key! Be realistic about your goals. If you want to start going to the gym, going from 0 days a week to 5 days a week right away is extreme, and setting yourself up by biting more than you can chew typically doesn’t result in success, but failure. Instead, start slow and go once or twice a week. After you do that for a while and get into a nice groove, up it to more days. Over time, you will build toward your goal by taking realistic, smaller steps to get there.

4. Stay Persistent

Even if you’re working hard towards your goal and there seem to be bumps in the road – don’t give up. These bumps help you grow and make you stronger each and every time you get past them. So if you’re trying to eat better, and you have a day where you aren’t sticking to plan, don’t throw everything out the window and give up. Be kind to yourself and accept that moment, and then focus back to your vision and keep moving forward. Little by little, those moments of persistence will guide you to creating more greatness in your life.     

5. Have the Right Support 

Don’t do it alone. Enlist in the right support to hold you accountable and cheer you on in the process. It could be a friend, a family member, or significant other who you trust and who have the results you want. Or, a 3rd party like a mentor or coach can give you an outsider perspective. Whoever it may be, having someone you can confide in and have as a sounding board on your journey will be just what you need to keep you on track and celebrate with you as you work toward the life you dream of.

5 THINGS: Ways To Stay Cool Under Pressure

​Real Simple asked five professionals with (unusually) stressful jobs to share their best secrets for keeping a level head. 



1. BEFORE A STRESSFUL EVENT, STAGE A MENTAL DRESS REHEARSAL 

In surgery, you don’t have the luxury of wondering, What if this doesn’t work? It has to work. That’s why, the night before a big procedure, I run through the entire thing like a movie in my head. I also visualize what I’ll do in the event of major complications—which can make a huge difference. During a recent operation, my team encountered a problem when a hole opened in the vena cava, the largest vein in the body, during the removal of an attached tumor. It’s a terrifying situation: The person could bleed to death in minutes. But I had considered this possibility beforehand. So when the vein ruptured, I knew exactly what to do and quickly restored control. And I’m happy to report, the patient is doing fine.

2. ADDRESS THE MOST URGENT NEED FIRST 

During my 21 years as an air-traffic controller, I’ve had a number of unexpected things happen, from a bomb threat to a helicopter pilot telling me that he had lost his engine and needed to land right away. I always remember what a veteran controller once told me: “It’s always going to get crazy—just don’t get flustered by it. Prioritize as you go, and that way you’ll get through the decision-making process.” It’s crucial to discern between a real emergency and something that can wait. For example, a departing flight that cannot get its gear to retract is less critical than an aircraft with smoke in the cockpit. For me, safety trumps efficiency every time.

3. LISTEN

You can’t succeed in improv if you go onstage and just start telling jokes. You have to be flexible and pay attention to what people are saying so a scene doesn’t go astray. When you watch talented performers, you can see that they’re committed to the reality that’s being created onstage. In moments when they might not know what to say, they lean on their fellow cast members for more information. Often the group mind is more intelligent than any one given perspective. Yes, even yours.

4. KNOW WHEN TO TAKE A BREATHER

Sometimes during a performance, a tiger will do something potentially dangerous that’s not in the routine. When that happens, I offer verbal reassurance (“OK, calm down”), almost like you would to a pet or a toddler. If that doesn’t work, I try offering red meat (really). But if a cat becomes threatening, I leave the ring so she can relax, even if that leads to an awkward pause in the show. The idea of “the show must go on” is important in the circus community, but I’ve learned not to let that mantra dictate my behavior.

5. BLOCK OUT ANYTHING UNNECESSARY

Most of my pressure-filled moments come when big news breaks. On these days, there is so much information to consider that you can’t process it all fast enough to react at the speed of the market. Knowing that I have other people as a backup—to give me a market opinion or help out when I get stuck—helps me make confident, truly informed decisions. When the market starts moving really quickly, I’ll call out, “What’s going on?” My trusted team shouts information at me while I continue to trade and make decisions. Sometimes I close my eyes and breathe—just to clear my head of outside distractions. I know how to decipher my colleagues’ tone of voice and the specific words they use in order to make a lightning-quick decision. This is important, because in my line of work, there are no do-overs.

​Today is Sunday and this morning I’ll key out “How to Overcome Temptation.”
All people, both Christians and non-Christians alike, are tempted regularly, daily, and too often multiple times per hour.
Temptations are all around us, but God has given us a way of escape from all temptation.

HERE ARE 5 WAYS ON HOW TO OVERCOME TEMPTATION

1.  Realize that you are being tempted 

Too often we fail at overcoming temptation because we aren’t aware enough to understand that we’re even being tempted in the given moment. Stay clear-headed to your surroundings and, specifically, be careful with what you’re putting before your eyes!

2.  Realize that God expects you to exercise self-control, rather than sinful abandon

One of my favorite Bible verses says this:

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and self-control” (2 Timothy 1:7). 


3.  Often the best way to overcome temptation is simply to flee

That’s correct…RUN! Look, there are some temptations–such as temptations of the flesh–that we’re too weak to overcome at times. The best way to be victorious in those moment is to simply walk away, run, flee, or turn off the TV.

4.  Remember that Jesus overcame every temptation during his earthly existence, so you can overcome yours as well

If you could keep track of the times during any given day when you were victorious over temptation, rather than succumbing to it, I think you’d be amazed at how successful you were. God’s Holy Spirit lives and abides in the bodies/hearts/minds of believers, and God is more than a match for sin. Submit to the Lord’s leading and you’ll experience victory over sin more often.

5.  Get involved in an accountability group of like-minded people 

I suggest no more than 3 or 4 people per accountability group, and each group should be all male or all female. Accountability partners offer encouragement, guidance, suggestions, and a listening ear when needed. Being actively involved in an accountability group could be the very best thing you’ll ever do for yourself and your walk with God.

A story in the New York Times today added to that concern, noting that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has received reports of 13 deaths linked to 5-Hour Energy, an energy drink. The drinks contain about 215 milligrams of caffeine, the equivalent of about two cups of coffee.

Here, a rundown of five worrisome health issues that have been linked to downing stimulating drinks:

1. Heart problems
In recent years, the company that markets 5-Hour Energy has filed about 30 reports with the FDA of serious injuries associated with its products, including heart attacks, according to the New York Times story.
And in 2007, a 28-year-old Australian man suffered cardiac arrest after consuming eight cans of an energy drink, containing 80 mg of caffeine each, over seven hours. The patient did not have a history of chest pain.
Caffeine and other compounds in energy drinks can boost heart rate and blood pressure, said Dr. John Higgins, associate professor of medicine at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston.

Caffeine can cause heart cells to release calcium, which may affect heartbeat, leading to arrhythmia, Higgins said. The drinks may also disrupt the normal balance of salts in the body,  which has been linked to arrhythmia as well.
However, there is not enough evidence to say unequivocally that energy drinks cause heart problems. More research is needed to determine the amount of energy drinks people need to consume in order to experience these negative effects, Higgins said.

2. The risk of miscarriage
The FDA has also received one report linking a miscarriage to consumption of 5-Hour Energy.

Studies examining the effects of caffeine on miscarriage have been mixed. A 2006 study of more than 1,000 pregnant women found that those who consumed more than 200 mg of caffeine per day (from coffee, tea, soda or hot chocolate) were about twice as likely to have a miscarriage compared with pregnant women who did not drink caffeine. However, a study published in 2008 found no link between caffeine consumption (regardless of the amount)  and the risk of miscarriage at 20 weeks of pregnancy.

Because study findings have not been conclusive, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists advises that pregnant women limit caffeine consumption to 200 mg per day.

3. An increased risk of alcohol injury and dependence
Studies suggest that combining alcohol and energy drinks can be dangerous.
Although caffeine is a stimulant, research suggests it does not “counteract” the sedating effects of alcohol. There is concern that mixing alcohol and energy drinks may keep people awake for a longer period of time, allowing them to consume more alcohol than they ordinarily would, according to an editorial published last year in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

A 2011 study of about 1,100 college students found those who downed energy drinks frequently were about 2.5 times more likely to meet the diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence than those who did not consume energy drinks. The link may be due to the practice of mixing alcohol and energy drinks, or drinking caffeine to recover from a hangover, according to the JAMA editorial. It could also be that caffeine’s effects on the brain play a role in addiction, the editorial says.

4. Risk of drug abuse
Another study of 1,060 students found that energy drink consumption in the second year of college was associated with an increased risk of prescription drug abuse (use of stimulants or prescription painkillers without a prescription) in the third year of college.
One explanation for the link “is that energy drinks, like prescription drugs … might be regarded by some students as safer, more normative, or more socially acceptable than using illicit ‘street’ drugs,” the researchers wrote in a 2010 issue of the Journal of Addiction Medicine.

5. Impaired cognition
Although some students rely on energy drinks to pull all-nighters to study for exams, there’s some evidence that the excessive levels of caffeine in the drinks impair cognition. A small 2010 study found that drinking moderate amounts of caffeine, about 40 mg, improved performance on a test of reaction time, but drinking higher amounts — equivalent to the levels found in a (250 ml) can of Red Bull, or 80 mg — worsened performance on the reaction test.

​Living your life in fear is no way to live. Fear keeps you from moving forward in life, exploring new things and takes away the beauty in life. Sadly, many people fail to realize fear is disabling them from living life to the fullest. The idea of confronting their fears is probably not on their agenda. Hence, they proceed through life with fear instilled in them.

On the other hand, there are people who want assistance, but do not know where to go or who to go to. They may be ashamed to approach a close family member, assuming they will be judged or mocked. Therefore, they face fear alone. However, relying on your spouse, a parent or another close family member or friend for support is the right thing to do. This person can provide you with the moral support and encouragement you need to face your fears. Perhaps he or she is living in fear as well and together you can confront the fears.

Fear is something we all deal with at any given time, but we should not allow it to take over our lives. We need to take control by defeating fear in one way or another. The main component to overcoming fear is having the determination and will power to do so.
Below are five suggestions in overcoming fear:
1. Identify Your Fear

Take time to figure out your fears and ask yourself why you have them. If you prefer, write down what you come up with and analyze each one so you can better understand the reason behind your fears.

2. Confide In Someone

Do not feel embarrassed to discuss with a family member or friend the fears you are experiencing. The family member may share similar fears or he may lend a helping hand in overcoming a fear or two. Talking with a family member may not result in a solution, but it can ease your anxiety a tad.

3. Confront Your Fears

If you are afraid of planes, book a short trip. If you are afraid of dogs or cats, visit an animal shelter. If you are afraid of speaking to a large crowd, attend an event that requires public speaking. Whatever your fear may be, confront it head on. You need to prove to yourself you are stronger than your fears. You just may find out the fears were all in your head.

4. Seek A Therapist

Sometimes confronting your fears or discussing them with a family member may not be sufficient. You continue to fear, which disables you from moving forward in life. A therapist can provide you with the help you need to decipher the reasons behind your fears and ways to defeat them.

5. Exercise

Yoga is a great form of exercise that can aid you to release the stress developed in your body due to the fears. Yoga has worked for me, especially with conquering my fear of planes.
Conquering your fears will take time and effort. Do not get discouraged with the amount of time it will take. Remember, there is no rush. As long as you are preparing yourself mentally and physically to overcome your fears, that is a huge life improvement. If you follow one or all of the suggestions above, chances are you will be a step closer to overpowering your fears.

1. Make her a romantic dinner.
This is for the men who know how to cook…or at least can whip up a decent chicken or fish stew. You should already have said ingredients at home so you make it the way you know she likes.

You also have the normal white candles and some matches at home, so you can dim the lights and light up the candles to set a romantic mood. Sure, it won’t be as as glamourous as in the movies but the effort is really what makes it worthwhile.

2. Help her with her chores.

Your girlfriend may need to clean the house or wash her clothes or do her hair. All these things are quite stressful and you offering to help out will really go a long way.
Add her clothes to yours and wash them or help clean the house or see how you can help her do her hair. It is not usual boyfriend behaviour and will come as a nice surprise and she will be glad to see how much you care.

3. Sing her favorite song to her 

You don’t need to make a show of it or get a mic but just sing to her at some point during the day. You don’t need to have the best voice on earth but try to sing on key.
Usually, when women like a song, they imagine the singer wrote it for them so imagine how happy she will feel if her boyfriend sings the lyrics to her.

4. Help her with her work problems. 

Whether she is employed or unemployed, we all need to strategies how we want our year to work out. Those with good jobs want to get better ones and those without jobs want to get a good one.
She may already have a plan afoot but involve yourself and see how you can improve it for her or help her reach her goals quicker.
5. Give her a massage. 

After a long day or work, we all need to relax and let our bodies reboot. Massages are a way of relieving our muscles of the stress which helps the body relax.

Most women won’t have the time to book a masseuse or go to a spar so you learning some basic techniques and giving her a free massage will definitely make her day better.
