The source, however, reports that the manager will stand down from his role when his contract expires next summer.
According to the rumours, Eddie Howe will be the new coach when Arsene Wenger leaves the club.
Daily Star notes that Howe is regarded as one of the finest young managers around after masterminding Bournemouth’s promotion to the EPL as well as leading them to safety last season.
